Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge for travel time?
A travel fee is charged if your location is more than 10 kilometres outside of Kerang.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfers and cash, and we will soon offer card payment options as well.
Do clients pay before or after the cleaning?
Payment can be made upon completion of the job. For larger projects, such as end-of-lease or pre-sale cleans, we require a 50% deposit before commencing work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Do your employees undergo training?
Yes, all of our team members receive training by partnering with more experienced staff. We also provide training videos and regularly discuss our cleaning methods to ensure consistent quality.
What cleaning experience do Cleanly Co employees have?
All our team members have experience in cleaning within their own homes, understanding the everyday challenges of maintaining a tidy space. Additionally, we ensure consistency in our techniques through structured training for all staff members.
How should clients prepare for their house cleaning?
Please ensure we have access to your property and that any pets are safely secured. If you plan to leave a door unlocked, hide a key, or be home to let us in, kindly let us know in advance. To help us maximize your cleaning time, it’s best if items such as children’s toys and clothes are tidied up before our arrival. While we are happy to assist with tidying, the time spent on these tasks could be better utilized for more thorough cleaning services.
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
We make every effort to assign the same team member(s) to your home each time. However, due to factors like illness, holidays, or other circumstances, there may occasionally be a change. In most cases, you will have a consistent cleaner looking after your home.
Will my house be cleaned by an individual or a team?
The size of your home and the scope of work will determine whether one cleaner or a team is assigned. Typically, we work in teams of two, but this may vary based on the specific job requirements.
